The Electoral Law practice is headed by the founding partner of the firm, Dr. João Batista de Oliveira Filho, who has long time experience in the field. Dr. João Batista de Oliveira Filho has acted from 1993 through 1998 as Attorney General for Electoral matters in the State of Minas Gerais. The practice of the firm is free from political parties or ideological bias. The practice of the firm nationwide started in 1998. The firm was selected as one of the most admired law firms in the field of Electoral Law in the specialized magazine “Análise Advocacia” in 2006.
